North Carolina

From the North Carolina Board of Elections: “On July 29, a panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit struck down photo ID requirements and associated laws in North Carolina”

Wyoming

Wisconsin

    • A bill that penalizes non-profit and third party groups that register voters

Texas

Tennessee

New York

New Hampshire

    • SB 3 heightens requirements for some people and criminalizes voting with the potential for a $5,000 fine or jail time

Nebraska

Montana

    • Enacted SB 352 which makes absentee voting difficult to access (must be approved by ballot measure in 2018)
